Elisur Organic

Elisur Organic is one of the leading exporters of organic fresh ginger and tumeric from Peru. They work alongside 64 smallholder farmers to facilitate trade between a remote area of Peru and the world, in a way that cares for both people and the environment. The company is certified Fair Trade and USDA Organic. UnTours Foundation made an investment to help fund new processing equipment so the company can export powdered ginger and turmeric that is unsuitable for export due to cosmetic blemishes or small size.
