We are looking for for-profit companies as well as nonprofits with revenue-generating activities who offer bold solutions to economic inequality, social injustice, and environmental crises.

We offer debt and equity investments, not grants. Flexible capital can be difficult for start-ups and out-of-box businesses to secure. We fill that niche and inspire other institutions and individuals to do the same.

We look for entrepreneurs, who are raising the bar in their fields and solving social, economic, and environmental issues while inspiring others.
We invest in businesses that:
Have an innovative, forwarding-thinking, replicable business model
Demonstrate kindness and compassion
Alleviate poverty and address economic injustice
Provide high-quality jobs to marginalized individuals and/or underserved communities
Promote local economies and support them beyond philanthropic and volunteer efforts
Respect both animal and human rights
Mitigate their negative environmental footprint and proactively create positive environmental impact
Deliver valuable goods and services to customers, including to those who historically did not have such access
We have a preference for BIPOC entrepreneurs and leaders who come from historically marginalized communities, and also for entrepreneurs who use globally-recognized certifications (such as Fair Trade or B Corporation Certification) or models like cooperatives.
