Tina Campbell has built her career around a passion for equitable economic development and a desire to support her community, both locally and globally. She brings to the UnTours Foundation a combination of financial rigor and mission-driven fundraising, shaped by nearly two decades of leadership in nonprofit and municipal settings.
Before joining the UnTours Foundation, Tina served as a senior administrator for a mid-sized Pennsylvania city, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar operating and capital budgets. Prior to that, she led the city’s community fund development efforts, significantly growing its grant portfolio and securing some of the largest grant awards in the city’s history.
Tina’s roots in mission-driven work run deep. As CEO and Director of Development at ASSETS, a nonprofit supporting equitable entrepreneurship, she tripled the organization’s annual operating budget, dramatically increased grant funding, and helped engineer the structural foundation for a community lending fund. Earlier in her career, she served as a VP of Lending at a national credit union, where she led a multimillion-dollar loan portfolio and served on the executive management team.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Eastern Mennonite University and is functionally fluent in German. She is an active community leader, currently serving on the boards of a credit union and a continuing care retirement community. When she’s not working, Tina can be found traveling to new destinations, baking, or crocheting.
