Founded in 2015, Integrate School is on a mission to revolutionize education delivery by embracing personalized instruction that dismantles barriers to equitable education by providing every child with high-quality education. Integrate School offers lesson-planning software for grades K-12 and after-school programs with the goals of reducing the time it takes teachers to create high-quality lesson plans (while tying lesson plans to state standards), providing transparency for administrators and parents, and improving student outcomes. 

Integrate School currently operates in 5 states with 16 clients, including the mayor’s office in New York City and YMCA summer school programs. The company just relocated from New Jersey to Indiana, where legislation is driving market demand for more transparency in the lesson planning process and the state seeks to be an exemplar for parent transparency. 

The Integrate School Origin Story:
Integrate School’s co-founders faced tremendous struggles in their education growing up.

Kevin Celisca, a first-generation Haitian American, found himself on the brink of failing fourth grade, hampered by limited access to resources and support. It was the dedication of a teacher who saw his potential, tailored lessons to cater to his unique needs, and provided free tutoring every day after school that turned his life around. This experience was not just transformative; it was a revelation.

Similarly, Maxwell Witt confronted his own challenges with a learning disability that threatened to derail his educational journey. The intervention of a dedicated tutor proved pivotal, providing him with the strategies and support he needed to succeed.

The team behind Integrate School is aware that not every child is so fortunate, which is why they founded our company with a singular, unwavering mission: to democratize the kind of personalized educational support that Kevin and Maxwell were so fortunate to receive. Integrate School believes that every student deserves a champion—a teacher or tutor who can tailor education to their individual needs, recognize their potential, and guide them towards success, regardless of their background or challenges.
