Shainoor Khoja is a serial entrepreneur who was the Managing Director for Roshan Community, the social impact arm of Roshan, a telecommunications company that was the only B Corp in Afghanistan. She was an integral part of establishing Roshan’s award-winning corporate social responsibility program. She went on to start her own consulting firm and support other social ventures.
Karim Khoja served as CEO for Roshan, and together with his wife Shainoor steered Roshan through a time of intense turmoil in Afghanistan during their respective tenures.
